Speed Training: Learning DRILLS
Start with more basic drills like 'A' March with hands on the hips, then with ArmAction, then progress to the 'A' skip with hands onthe hips, etc. That progression is much easier for you to learn and for Coaches to teach your athletes.
FAST LEG Drill (Advance Drill):-
Fundamental: Step Over, Drive Down
Teach Athletes Apply FORCE to the Ground
Step Over Other Knee, Drive Foot Down To The Ground
(directly under Body, not extend foot or reach out for big stride)
Recover Fast Under Hamstring - Low Backside Mechanics
Cues:
Crack the Egg
Run Through Knee High Water
Run Through Tall Grass
Drive "Through" The Ground, NOT "To" The Ground
