Hello SP Athletes,
Great great run for today's race, job well done people. This year we only manage to get hold of one medal that is from the High Jump Event by "Yong Jiesheng" at e height of 1.86m placing him 2nd position. Great job to you. But nevertheless, we will trg hard for next year IVP. I wanna thanks to e helpers e.g Boon Ping for helping us take photo, video, supply 100plus and banana. Thanks to our Team Manager "Johnson" for helping us so much in collecting the number tags and calling our runners and Team Captain "James" to make sure our runners in good condition for e race, reminding them the correct technique and ways of handling the race. Thanks to those reserves, actual runners and most importantly to our dedicated Coaches and School Officers (Mr Terrence - Sas officer, Mr Alan- Club Officer, Mr Tan-track advisory officer, Mr Soh - ex track advisory officer, Mr Tay - School officer, Coach Paul, Coach Pandian and Coach Robin) Results will be post as soon as possible once i receive the info. Rest well people as upcoming School's Sports Day is coming.
* Those who are injured, pls ICE at least 3 days and use a HOT PACK to e area of injury for another 3 days.
