Next week wed and thurs, there will be a time trial for events for 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5k & 10k respectively. (FOR GUYS ONLY) Wed will be trial for 400m, 5k. Thurs is 800m, 1500m & 10k. Those who want to come down and take the trial pls send me an sms your (name, what event u want to trial?) Thanks! (Top 2 runners from different event trial will be put in e IVP event list)
