Warm up baton passing for both Guys and Girls.

Workout for James: Did 2x30m, 2x40m, 2x50m and 1x300m ( with timing)
Workout for Jie Sheng: High Jump practice and striding of 3x50m
Workout for Stanley: Light Drills e.g High knee walk, fast angling, fast leg & mild high knee lift x10m. 5x50m easy run.
Workout for Kenny, Asman and Syarif: Light Drills, 5x50m
Workout for Sathish and KS: Cycling at Gym
Workout for Sean and Li Ming: Long Jump practice
Workout for Nick and Zach: Shot Put practice and Discus individual
Workout for the Girls: 5x10m fast and quick pickup and starting block practice
Workout for esther: 5x10m quick pickup and 1x300m
