- Die Lift - 5kg both side with Olympic bar, 10kg both side & 15kg both side x 2 sets
- Squat - 10kg x 2 & 20kg x 2
- Incline 90 degree leg raise x 4 sets
- Leg press - 4 sets of 177 of weight
- dumb bell swing - 3 sets - 30 counts after that (weight free swing)
