- Squat (10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg)
- Incline Situp 4 times (last 3 did with weights-5kg)
- Lets Pull (Back part)
- Back Extension (3 times)
KS, Sean, James and Li Ming did their gym workout as well.

- Leg Curl
After gym workout:
Stanley, Sean & KS did 200m x 8 (constant speed between 35secs - 44secs)
James did 200m x 12
