Present: Coach PAUL (Masters), Kevin (Masters), Sheng (NUS High), James (got injured later after Drills because a IPPT athlete knocked into his thigh), Throwers: Zach (Discus), WeiYu (Javelin), Rama (Shot Putt)>Trained earlier.

Dynamic Warm Up (30metres) cos Track crowded and much activities.
Jumping Jacks, Side Lunges, Half Squat Stance, Skipping, Backward Run, Sitted Dynamic Leg Back Throw to Forward Touch, Archilles Stretch.

Workout: DRILLS (concentrated on this as it's a major exercises for Sprinters):-
1. High Skipping
2. Bounding
3. High Knee Lift
4. "A" Drills
5. Scuffle

RUN Training: Concentrate on Refining Technique through 6 reps x 100m
1. Closed Eye and Relax Concentrating Technique during Run
2. Arm Pumping Action
3. ***** High Knee Lift with Power Thrust to Ground & Staying a little longer for producing better DRIVE FORCE in Acceleration *****
4. Eyes looking 5 metres ahead for self concentration (remembering it's like running through a dimly lit tunnel)
5. Breathing In and Out Slowly for controlling and slowing Heart Rate

Finish with Warm Down Jog & Exercises.
