Stanley - Upright Roll (Olympic bar warm up, 2.5kg, 5kg, 6.25kg)
- Squat (10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg)
- Incline leg raise 90 degree 4 sets
- Bicep curl (30, 30, 40, 50 pound)
- Minor dumbbell swing
