Sathish and James did Starting Block at 200m and did run up.
Fly start 5 x 30m each and a 150m run
James - 3.3s, 3.4s, 3.5s, 3.3s, 3.3s, 16.8s
Sathish -3.6s, 3.6s, 3.7s, 3.6s, 3.6s, 17.1s
Hubert - 3.9s, 3.8s, 3.5s, 3.6s, 3.6s, 18.0s
Stanley came at 7pm, did jog up and down 100m for 3 times
Did drills - B Drill, Fast Leg 3 sets
Stretches exercises
Stanley workout: 30m x 3 - 3.8secs, 3.8secs, 3.6secs
After which did starting block: 10m x 4, 30m x 3
(Technique body bend forward more, arm swing must be at eye level and punch back, Leg Stride must be fast after come out off block)
Did 120m x 1 timing of 13.4secs
Weiyu did warm up & drills
Proceed to do his javelin throw
Both did cool down exercises and strengthening
Tomorrow workout:
Those need to go upper gym pls do so after gym 200m x 8 for those not joining 4th allcomers, 200m x 6 for those taking part in 200m event timing from (40, 39, 38, 37, (last 2 must be 30-33secs) * Condition not feeling too good can do 200m x 4 but last 2 must be 30-33secs.
