Workout for Sathish : 5 x 30m fly and 5 x 50m fly ( tore muscle tissue when doing the last fly 50m)

Workout for Zach: Medicine Ball throws and Discus throws

Workout for Wei Yu: Medicine Ball throws and Javelin throws

All did strengthening cool down exercises
