gym workout:
- Bench Press
- Squat
- Die Lift
- Bicep Curl
- Incline Sit up
- Dumb bell swing

After gym workout, went down track for track workout: 200m x 10
Runners:
Mr Thomas ran 6 x 200m
Stanley, Jie Sheng, Khong Sheng & Zach ran 200m x 10

Li Ming only did gym workout

James did jogging

Cool down + strengthening
