Stanley did - Bench Press (5kg, 10kg, 15kg x 2)
- Squat (10kg, 15kg, 15kg,20kg)
- Weight Lifting (5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 12.5kg)
- Shoulder Press

Sean, Sathish, Zach & Li Ming also did gym workout

After Gym, went down track for 200m x 8

Stanley, Sean, Sathish & Zach did 200m x 8 (constant timing from 35-44 secs) rec 90secs

James & Aisha did speed training...
