- Bench Press ( 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 22.5kg)

- Weight Lifting (5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg, 8.65kg)
(In between4 rep rest about 90secs)

- Squat (10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg)
(In between 4 rep, did -fast skip, Shuffling fast, High Knee walk + (Stride-fast)
*along the long stretch path outside gym.

- Incline 90 degree leg thrust

- Leg & Thigh Curl (15kgx4sets)

- Minor Dumb bell - bicep curl
