Warm up easy jog up and down, stretches e.g forward lunges, side lunge, backward run, fast skip
Drills: High Knee fast, Butt Kick fast, Angling fast
Progressive Stride Run 3 times with technique run up plus using hip to push forward and leg should be like using bounding method
Workout: Speed Trg (30m x 4) Fly Start
Stanley: 3.68secs, 3.36secs, 3.36secs, 3.51secs
Mr Desmond: 3.69secs, 3.71secs, 3.79secs, 3.95secs
Starting Block practise; basic first or two step out of e block not a full run; after which did a few metres with correct hip weightage (potential energy) and burst out from block and keep body low.
